We had a lovely Christmas at this hotel, the rooms were very modern and clean. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. We loved the fact that the hotel was located near major cities like Dusseldorf and Cologne, so we never felt bored, there was always something to do. the free and big parking lot made it very easy to park our car.

The climate control in the room could have worked better. It was a bit too warm for us, especially during the night, even though the outside temperature was around 12 degrees.
